Packaging
The Double Trouble arrives presented in a secure silver and black metal travel box with foam insert to keep the dildo safe and secure. The foam can be removed if you wish to keep other toys in the box also. Always have to appreciate good storage!
Material
Double Trouble is cast in high quality non porous steel and hand polished to perfection. Seriously, I can’t quite get it to shine like it did when I first took it out the case! Maybe I need to work on my hand polishing skills. The unique shape is made to mimic those of two fingers and a thumb, only slightly larger, as if you had fingers the size of this toy you’d be a bit strange. It has a finger loop handle which makes it easier to move as the toy is quite heavy as expected with steel. It weighs around 672 grams.
As with all metal toys, you can use any type of lubricant with this toy such as silicone, water based or oil based.
The steel metal means that the Double Trouble is ideal for temperature play as it can be heated in warm water or cooled in cold water or the fridge/freezer. Be sure to run it under cold water before using it if you chose to freeze the toy though.
The dildo of the Double Trouble measures 5.5 inches in length with 4 inches insertable, 3 inches in width with a girth of 4.75 inches at it’s widest point. The clitoral stimulator measures in at 2.5 inches in length.
Cleaning
To clean the Double Trouble use soap and water or a sex toy cleaner. Abrasive cleaners should be avoided so not to cause scratching. Dry with a micro fibre cloth.
In Use
The Double Trouble started off cold out of the box, which had an amazing feel and after use was extremely warm. It is designed to be used in a rocking motion however I preferred an in out movement. The clit stim part of the toy didn’t really hit the spot for me, I preferred to tilt it out the way and use my fingers.
The ‘finger’ part of the toy has a great angle and with the solidness of the toy the wide part of the toy definitely was enough to make me feel full. It was also curved well for g spot stimulation hitting a wide area.
Summary
The Metal Worx Double Trouble steel dildo by Pipedreams is a very well made and crafted toy, almost something of a piece of art. Although the clit ‘thumb’ did not work for me the dildo itself was able to create orgasms.
